1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with jili08 Casino. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. 1.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not be prohibited from gambling under the laws of any jurisdiction to which you are subject. If online gambling is illegal in your location of residence or jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using the Service. jili08 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations, and accessing the Service from territories where its contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

1.4 Identity Verification

jili08 Casino is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we reserve the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, including but not limited to clear photocopies or scans of government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be restricted from making withdrawals until satisfactory verification documents have been provided and approved by our compliance team. Verification processing typically takes one to two business days but may be extended during peak periods or if additional documentation is required.

1.5 One Account Per Player

Bets may also be voided if they were placed after an event outcome was already known, if they exploit obvious pricing errors, or if they were placed in technical error.

3.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and game outcomes may be voided at the sole discretion of jili08 Casino. In such circumstances, player account balances will be restored to their pre-bet state and players will be notified. 5. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification procedures are completed. We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of terms violation, bonus abuse, suspected fraud, extended inactivity, or pursuant to regulatory requirements. In cases of account closure for terms violation, we reserve the right to forfeit account balances and void outstanding bets.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

6.3 Indemnification

Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

10.2 Severability
